APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
Tichigan Trail Estates - Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, a Revised Preliminary Plat for Tichigan Trail Estates
was submitted on December 22, 1992 for a 10-lot subdivision; and
subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Tichigan Trail Estates
subdivision was approved by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego on August 25, 1992 and a Revised Preliminary Plat was
approved on November 24, 1992; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
which are incorporated onto this revised plat and requires
WHEREAS, additional minor changes were required by Racine County
re-approval by the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Revised Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Revised Preliminary Plat for Tichigan
Trail Estates, a subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the
Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
