RESOLUTION #323-92
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City purchased property in March of 1992 for an
addition to Kurth Park and a credit for property taxes was given
to the City at the time of the purchase; and
WHEREAS, the City Parks Director is requesting payment of
$800.46 be made from Park Dedication funds for the payment of
said taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the payment of $800.46 from
Park Dedication Funds for payment of property taxes on land
purchased for an addition to Kurth Park.
