RESOLUTION #320-92
Deferring Payment of Special Assessment (Kohne)
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego previously
adopted Resolution #153-82 deferring payment of the Special
Assessment of the Joan and James Kohne Property, Tax Key No.
2190.999.001; and
WHEREAS, the deferral period for said assessment expired on July
26, 1992; and
WHEREAS, a partial payment of $921.45 principal and $254.76
interest was made on August 14, 1985 in accordance with
Resolution #102-85.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, at the request of the owners of the Joan and
James Kohne property, Tax Key No. 2190.999.003 and upon the
recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee as follows:
1. That the assessment deferred by Resolution #153-82 and
interest due or to become due thereon is deferred for five
years from the date of this Resolution, but only pursuant
amended; Resolution #112-86; and Resolution #25-89, unless
to the terms and conditions of Resolution #28-85, as
specifically amended by this Resolution.
2. That interest shall be charged at the rate of 9.0% per
annum on the unpaid balance of $13,977.66 which includes
assessment is paid in full.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.
