ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR NEW SQUAD CARS
WHEREAS, quotes have been obtained as follows for four new 1993
squad cars:
Holz Motors
Boucher Chevrolet 12,920.30 per unit less trade-ins
$12,704.30 per unit less trade-ins
Boucher Ford
Ewald Chevrolet 12,773.30 per unit less trade-ins
12,905.30 per unit less trade-ins
Hiller Ford
Kayser Ford
13,108.30 per unit less trade-ins
Southgate Ford
12,824.30 per unit less trade-ins
12,971.30 per unit less trade-ins
purchasing program of Southeastern Wisconsin has awarded the
WHEREAS, V.A.L.U.E. in Local Government, a cooperative
quote to Holz Motors in Hales Corners based on the low quote; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the quote
cost of $50,817.20 less trade-ins of three vehicles of $15,000)
submitted by Holz Motors for a net cost of $35,817.20 (gross
for the purchase of four squad cars be accepted.
0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the quote of Holz Motors for four
1993 squad cars at a net price of $35,817.20.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police is hereby
authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in the name
of the City.
