AMENDMENT TO FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF WATER IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVYING SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS AGAINST BENEFITTED PROPERTY
(Valley Drive/Lions Park Water Project MW-15-92)
(Assessment District "WN")
WHEREAS Final Resolution #268-92 was adopted October 27, 1992;
and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended that
the assessment roll be amended to add the front foot assessment
for Tax Key Nos. 2196.977 and 2196.981 for the Paul and Linda
Lindhorst property since it would be more cost effective to
Senzig Property and for Tax Key No. 2196.986 for the Margaret
have this property connected to water at the time water is
installed on Pioneer Drive; and
WHEREAS, the owners of Tax Key Nos. 2196.977, 2196.987 and
2196.986 have signed a Waiver of Special Assessment Notices and
Hearings Under Sec. 66.60(18) Wis. Stats., and have agreed to
the levying of the special assessment against their property;
and
WHEREAS, all other remaining sections of Final Resolution
this Resolution.
#268-92 shall remain unchanged unless specifically amended by
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Utilities Committee, does hereby amend Final Resolution #268-92
by adding Tax Key Nos. 2196.971, 2196.987 and 2196.986 to the
Assessment Roll.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all remaining sections of the Final
amended by this Resolution.
Resolution #268-92 shall remain unchanged unless specifically
