BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
street, to wit:
PT SW 1/4 SEC 25 T5N R20E CERT SURV 15/124 1.577 AC EX ROAD
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "A."

NOTICE OF
VACATE STREET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, will consider a resolution to discontinue
and vacate as a street the following described real estate, to
wit:
PT SW 1/4 SEC 25 T5N R20E CERT SURV 15/124 1.577 AC EX ROAD
That said Resolution affects the title to the real estate
situated in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, as
shown on the map attached hereto.

ORDER OF HEARING
The following Resolution, having been introduced in the Common
Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, at a meeting of said
Council, held December 8, 1992 in the Council Room, at City
Hall, Muskego, Wisconsin to wit:
"BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of
the following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
PT SW 1/4 SEC 25 T5N R20E CERT SURV 15/124 1.577 AC EX ROAD
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution
hereof and marked Exhibit "A."
is designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part
Introduced this 8TH day of DECEMBER , 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council, that a
hearing on the passage of said Resolution be held at a meeting
of said Common Council at the Council Room, City Hall, Muskego,
Wisconsin on the 26TH day of JANUARY , 1993, at 1:25
P.M.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskeqo Sun as a Class 3
Notice; and that, in addition, Notice of said hearing be served
on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands
abutting on said real estate herein before described sought to
be vacated, and discontinued, as a street, in the manner
provided for the service of summons in Circuit Court at least
thirty (30) days before said hearing.
