RESOLUTION #297-92
TO AMEND THE FINAL RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
RESOLUTION AS TO RESOLUTION #204-92 AS AMENDED
#26-89 (DE BACK)
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of Resolution #204-92, as amended,
required payment of a sewer assessment in the amount of
$10,345.55 within 90 days of the adoption of Ordinance #765
(adopted 8/25/92); and
WHEREAS, although Mr. De Back complied with the condition by
making said payment, he has requested return of his check and a
120-day extension of time to make payment in order to determine
if Enterprise Drive will be extended; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby grant an extension of 120 days from the
date of this Resolution for the payment of the sewer assessment
of $10,345.55.
