AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF HEALTH AND DENTAL CONTRACTS
FOR 1993
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize that the Mayor in consultation with the labor
negotiating attorney shall make the determination as to
execution of the contracts for health and dental plans for 1993
by the Mayor and Clerk as follows:
1993 RATES
HEALTH SINGLE FAMILY
Option I
COMPCARE Point of Service with
drug, vision, and oral surgical
riders $146.49 $375.37
Option I1
COMPCARE Point of Service with
drug, vision, and oral surgical
riders $141.98 $359.86
Option I1 - Premium will be fully funded by the City
Option I - Employee monthly co-pay of premium of $4.51 for a
Single Plan and $15.51 for a Family Plan

(Premiums will be fully funded by the employee.)
