APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Tichigan Trail Estates - Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Tichigan Trail Estates, a
Waterford, was submitted on November 6, 1992; and
subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town Of
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for Tichigan Trail
Estates, a subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town
of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
