APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Seaman
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 6,
1992 to finalize a three-parcel division of the Russell Seaman
property on Field Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 7; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
three-parcel division of the Russell Seaman property on Field
Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 7 subject to a note being placed
on the Certified Survey Map stating the following:
1. An asphalt hard surface driveway is required for Lot 3
within one year of occupancy of Lot 3.
2. Lot 2 may share the use of the asphalt hard surface driveway
on Lot 3. If the owner of Lot 2 declines the use of the
asphalt hard surface driveway on Lot 3, an asphalt hard
surface driveway is required for Lot 2.
3. No building permit shall be issued for Lot 2 unless and
until the asphalt hard surface is present on Lot 3. The
asphalt hard surface driveway for Lot 3 must be extended
to the rear of Lot 1 (approximately 602').
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer and the conditions
Of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
of the Plan Commission as noted above.
