RESOLUTION #287-92
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Champions Village of Country Club Villages
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Champions Village of Country
Club Villages, a 190-lot subdivision with four outlots, with the
8-9 acre outlot to be a potential park in the NW 1/4 of Section
25, was submitted on September 29, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Champions Village of
with the 8-9 acre outlot to be a potential park in the NW 1/4 of
Country Club Villages, a 190-lot subdivision with four outlots,
Section 25 subject to addressing the concerns of the objecting
and approving agencies, the Waukesha County Park and Planning
Department, the Waukesha County Transportation Department, and
the City Engineer and that subsequent phases are limited to a
total of 867 units on the condition that 30 acres of improved
parks in four locations be provided to the homeowners
associations of the nine villages.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies and the conditions of the Plan Commission
as noted above.
