CCR1992286COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #286-92 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP DeAngelis WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on October 22, 1992 to finalize a two-parcel division of the Paul DeAngelis property on School Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to the conditions as stated in Resolution #P.C. 233-92 as amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Paul DeAngelis property on School Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 subject to all conditions of Resolution #P.C. 233-92 as amended. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
