APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT OF SALE
(Santoro -- Industrial Park Addition)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Committee, does hereby approve an Amendment to Contract of Sale
upon the recommendation of the City's broker and the Finance
from November 30, 1992 to January 30, 1993 and to extend the
(Santoro -- Industrial Park Addition) to change the closing date
Waiver of Contingencies to January 15, 1993.
