RESOLUTION #283-92
AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTIONS #149-92 AND #239-92 DECLARING
AN EXTENSION OF A MORATORIUM ON LAND DIVISIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego Plan Commission on September 15,
1992 did adopt a Comprehensive Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has petitioned for rezoning of the
Plan; and
lands recommended to be rezoned by the Comprehensive Master
WHEREAS, the moratorium declared by Resolution #149-92 affected
some of the lands to be rezoned pursuant to the Comprehensive
Master Plan and Resolution #238-92 petitioned for rezoning the
lands covered by Resolution #149-92 and certain other lands,
and Resolution #239-92 subjected all of them to a moratorium;
and
WHEREAS, certain of the properties recommended by the Plan
Commission to be rezoned were inadvertently omitted from the
above resolutions, and
WHEREAS, due to the time constraints imposed by law and by the
practical circumstances surrounding necessary notification, it
is, therefore, necessary to extend the moratorium for an
additional one-month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the moratorium imposed by
Resolutions #149-92 and #239-92 shall remain in full force and
effect for an additional one-month period and shall terminate
at the end of the day on January 8, 1993, or final action by
the City of Muskego to adopt said rezoning including
publication of said ordinance, whichever occurs first.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the lands listed in Resolution
by Resolution #149-92 are subject to this moratorium.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any land subject to this moratorium
is no lonqer subject to the same if final action is taken
concerning said iands as follows:
1. Said lands are deleted by the Common Council from lands
to be rezoned; or
2. Final action is taken by the City of Muskego to adopt
rezoning of the lands, including publication of said
ordinance.
