APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
JUST
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Robert Just for legal
Numbers 2180.988 and 2180.988.001, and 2180.988.002; and
lot status of land at W194 56945 Hillendale Drive, Tax Key
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the requirements of a hard surface common driveway within one
year of occupancy of the first house that is built and the
recording of proof of access easements for the rear lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby grant legal lot status to land at W194 S6945
Hillendale Drive, Tax Key Numbers 2180.988 and 2180.988.001, and
2180.988.002 subject to the above.
