APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LEINER - TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on October 6, 1992
and the vacated roads of Kinnickinnic Avenue and Drive all part
to finalize a redivision of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 28, 29,
of Raab‘s first addition for Ronald Leiner on Fox River Drive in
the SE 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
redivision of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 28, 29, and the vacated
roads of Kinnickinnic Avenue and Drive all part of Raab’s first
addition for Ronald Leiner on Fox River Drive in the SE 1/4 of
Section 3 in the Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
