RESOLUTION #267-92
RESOLUTION APPROVING INCREASED COST
TO PROVIDE ROAD AND WATER SERVICE
TO THE WEST SIDE OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE
Muskego Industrial Park Addition
WHEREAS, in Resolution #190-92, as amended, Resolution
Service to the West Side of Enterprise Drive (Muskego Industrial
Indicating City's Present Intent to Provide Road and Water
Park) adopted by the Common Council on July 14, 1992 approved
the concept of the extension of Enterprise Drive and water
service to the end of the City's industrial land for a cost not
to exceed $40,000; and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that approximately $55,000
may be required.
NOW, THEREFOREl BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of the concept of the extension
of Enterprise Drive and water service to the end of the City's
electrical service to be extended by the petitioner, with funds
industrial land for a cost not to exceed $55,000.00, with
to be taken from the Industrial Park fund balance if appropriate
agreement can be worked out with the petitioner.
