RESOLUTION AS TO RULES & REGULATIONS OF
INDUSTRIAL LAND ADJACENT TO THE CITY'S INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, Ordinance 765 requires the recording of the Rules and
Regulations of the City of Muskego's Industrial Park, as
amended, dated July 28, 1970, for Tax Key 2228.999.011
(DeBack/Santi) south of Enterprise Drive Extended, and
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested Sections 13 through
15 be deleted from the Rules and Regulations of the City of
Muskego's Industrial Park as these sections refer to the Right
Of First Refusal on the sale of vacant land, and
WHEREAS, the land was not purchased from the City of Muskego
and, therefore, Sections 13 through 15 are not applicable, and
WHEREAS, Tax Key 2228.999.008 (CATS Nationwide, Inc.) north of
Enterprise Drive Extended, was also required to record the
Rules and Regulations of the City of Muskego's Industrial Park
per Ordinance 713 (As Amended), and
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested Sections 13 through
15 be deleted from the Rules and Regulations of the City of
Muskego's Industrial Park as these sections refer to the Right
of First Refusal on the sale of vacant land.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego is receptive to amending the Rules and Regulations
of the City of Muskego's Industrial Park for Tax Key
2228.999.011 to delete Section 13 through 15.
BE IT'FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego is receptive to recording of a document which would
delete Sections 13 through 15 of the Rules and Regulations of
the City of Muskego's Industrial Park.
