CCR1992251COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #251-92 FINAL RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST BENEFITTED PROPERTIES AND WAIVING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NOTICES AND HEARINGS UNDER 566.60(18) (WOODS ROAD PROPERTIES ABUTTING PLUM CREEK’DEVELOPMENT) WHEREAS, Terra Development, hereinafter referred to as “Developer”, is installing sewer mains to the approximate property lines of the property listed below and dedicating the same to the City of Muskego; and WHEREAS, the undersigned acceptors of this Resolution own the property described in Paragraph 2 below which is benefitted by available to said properties; and said sewer main installations and which makes sewer service WHEREAS, the City of Muskego wishes for the Developer to install and pay for the entire sewer main installations (the City of Muskego to reimburse the Developer for the portion of the cost represented by the amount of the assessments stated below) and dedicate the same to the City of Muskego. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as fOllOWS: 0 stated below, the owners of said property also hereby waive 1. That by executing the acceptance of this Resolution as special assessment notices and hearings under 566.60(18) and consent to the levying of special assessments against Wisconsin Statute 566.60 and further agree and admit that their property for the costs of said improvement under construction of said improvement is just and reasonable; by the benefit to the property in question from the below, the owners of said property agree that the executing the acceptance of this Resolution as stated engineering information from the Developer‘s engineer and the City engineer has been explained to them and they are satisfied with the same. 2.
