COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #243-92
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
MUTZA SANITARY SEWER AND WATER EXTENSION
WHEREAS, sanitary sewer and water extension have been installed
for the Gerald Mutza Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said sanitary sewer and water
extension upon completion as required by applicable City
ordinances and other applicable laws and as approved by the City
Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met, and the Public Utilities
Committee has recommended acceptance subject to soil erosion
measures being installed and maintained or restoration
completed; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of sanitary sewer
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
and water extension for the Gerald Mutza Subdivision subject to
soil erosion measures being installed and maintained or
restoration completed.
