CCR1992241COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #241-92 RENEWAL OF PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT AND BILLING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WAUKESHA COUNTY WHEREAS, the City of Muskego currently has an agreement with Waukesha County to provide Property Tax Assessment and Billing Services; and WHEREAS, that Agreement is to expire as of December 31, 1992. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the attached Agreement with Waukesha County to provide Property Tax Assessment and Billing Service. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, Wi. 53188, and the City of Muskego, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, located at P.O. Box 903, Muskego, WI. 53150. Statutes Section 66.30, which permits intergovernmental cooperation for public purposes.
