MUSKEG0 VOLUNTEER FIRE CO. STATION #1 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
AUTHORIZE INCREASE IN CONTINGENCY FOR CHANGE ORDERS
WHEREAS, Resolution #124-92, adopted May 12, 1992, Awarded the
Bid to AS1 General for the Construction Project at the Muskego
Volunteer Fire Co. Station #l; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #124-92 authorized a contingency amount not
to exceed $25,000; and
WHEREAS, there have been $50,000 of change orders recommended
for approval by the Finance Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize a $25,000 increase in the
Contingency Fund for the change orders and to provide for a
balance in the Contingency of $10,000 for the Muskego Volunteer
Fire Co. Station #1 Construction Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approximately $35,000 of
uncommitted fund balance in the MVFC borrowed money account is
available for this project with $10,000 of the $35,000 being
the Terra Development contribution which was a condition of the
Lake Forest Development approval to enhance fire service in the
Lake Forest area.
