TESS CORNERS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
AWARDING OF BID
PARKING LOT PAVING
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Tess Corners Volunteer
Fire Department Parking Lot Paving, and the following bid was received:
Payne h Dolan, Inc. $12,890
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works and the Finance Committee
have recommended approval of the bid from Payne h Dolan, Inc. for paving
the parking lot of the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department (Station
#2) in the amount of $12,890.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Public Works
and the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the bid from Payne h
Dolan, Inc. for paving the parking lot of the Tess Corners Fire
Department (Station #2) in the amount of $12,890.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any change orders at their discretion upon
recommendation of the Superintendent of Public Works.
