CCR1992231AMENDED COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #231-92 RESOLUTION AS TO COMMON COUNCIL DETERMINING NEED FOR A PUBLIC HEARING REQUIREMENT FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT (BAY BREEZE DEVELOPMENT) WHEREAS, the Developers of Bay Breeze Condominiums have requested a site plan amendment which requires an amendment to the Subdivider’s Agreement, and WHEREAS, Chapter 17, Section 6.02(6)C of the Zoning Ordinance requires that any substantial change or addition to the plans Council and, if in the opinion of the Common Council, upon or use should first be submitted for approval to the Common recommendation of the Plan Commission, such change or addition constitutes a substantial alteration of the original plan, a Public Hearing before the Common Council will be required and notice given pursuant to Chapter 17, Section 3.07. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego had received the recommendation from the Plan Commission of March 17, 1992 on the Amendment to the Site Plan for Bay Breeze Condominiums to eliminate the tennis courts, and However, upon further review and citizen input and concerns, said recommendation being that a Public Hearing not be held. this appears to be a substantial change to the Site Plan so that the Common Council recommends a Public Hearing shall be held before the Council and notice given pursuant to Chapter 17, Section 3.07. 0 DATED THIS 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER , 1992.
