RESOLUTION #229-92
NOTIFICATION OF RECOMMENDED ZONING CHANGES
RELATED TO COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission will be adopting a Comprehensive
Master Plan in the near future; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission will also be recommending zoning
changes in accordance with the Comprehensive Master Plan to be
reviewed at a Public Hearing held by the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby determine that the zoning changes are of
such a comprehensive nature and that a mailed notice of said
Public Hearing would involve excessive administrative effort
and expense, and is not necessary for reasonable notification
of affected property owners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall attempt to
personally, by writing or otherwise, notify owners of the
property to be rezoned, but if owners are not so notified, it
does not affect the validity of the zoning change. 0
