ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR SEWER HOOK-UP
FRAHMANN/WILKINSON/RUPP
AS. the Public Utilities Committee directed the Utilities
Superintendent to obtain quotes for the forced sewer hook-up of
Wilkinson property located at W207 58032 Hillendale, and the
the Frahmann property located at S83 W20703 Janesville Road, the
Rupp property located at W208 S8121 Hillendale Drive; and
WHEREAS, the following quotes have been received:
John Lang Trenching, Muskego:
Frahmann Property $2,675
Wilkinson Property 2,058
Rupp Property 2,922
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended
acceptance of the quotes from John Lang Trenching.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby accept the quotes from John Lang
Trenching in the amounts of $2,675, $2,058, and $2,922 for the
forced sewer hook-up of the Frahmann, Wilkinson, and Rupp
properties, respectively, located at 583 W20703 Janesville Road,
W207 ,58032 Hillendale Drive, and W208 S8121 Hillendale Drive
with hook-up to be completed within 30 days from the date of
this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above quote is hereby increased
to include a $500.00 connection fee for each property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign any necessary legal documents in the name of
the City.
