CCR1992225COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #225-92 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN HAWS AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 FOR THE PERIOD SEPTEMBER 1, 1992 - JUNE 30, 1993 BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, does hereby approve the attached agreement between the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, Inc. and the City of Muskego for a period from September 1, 1992 to June 30, 1993. Schneider This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #225-92 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 8/92 jmb THIS AGREEMENT, entered into by and between the Municipality of CITY OF MUSKEGO, a municipal corporation Wisconsin, with principal offices located at W182 58200 organized and existing under the laws of the State of Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin, (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality), and the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, Inc., a Wisconsin Corporation, whose principal office is located at 701 Northview Road, Waukesha, Wisconsin, (hereinafter referred to as the Humane Society) . 7 its proper animal control work, acquires strayed, proper place to deposit such animals where they will abandoned or unattended animals, and is desirous of a receive humane care, and WHEREAS, the Municipality from time to time, through devoted, among other things, to the care of animals and WHEREAS, the Humane Society is an organization has the facilities to provide for proper care in a humane way for strayed, abandoned or unattended animals, herein contained, the parties agree as follows: NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants 1.
