APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
GILLESPIE
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 13, 1992
on Field Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 7; and
to finalize a 2-parcel division of the Jo Ann Gillespie property
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the submittal of documentation of a satisfactory perc test for
Parcel 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section I subject to the above.
2-parcel division of the Jo Ann Gillespie property on Field
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
August 7, 1992).
