TICHIGAN TRAIL ESTATES/TOWN OF WATERFORD
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Tichigan Trail Estates, a 10-lot
subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of
Waterford, was submitted on July 29, 1992; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat subject to all fees being paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for Tichigan Trail
Estates, a 10-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 12 in the
Town of Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies. 0
