RESOLUTION #218-92
AUTHORIZE SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO APPLY FOR
DNR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
(Recycling Program)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego requests financial assistance under
Wisconsin Administrative Code, for the purpose of planning,
Section 159.23, Wisconsin Statutes, and Chapter NR 542,
constructing, or operating a recycling program with one or more
components specified in Section 159.11(2)(a) to (h) Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby authorize the Superintendent of Public
Works to submit an application to the Department of Natural
Wisconsin Statutes, and Chapter NR 542, Wisconsin Administrative
Resources for financial assistance under Section 159.23,
Code, to sign necessary documents, and to submit a final report.
