RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT
AND CITY OF MUSKEGO
BETWEEN TIME WARNER ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY, LP
WHEREAS, it has been requested that the City of Muskego indicate
Communications, Inc., and the City of Muskego dated March 21,
its consent to assignment of the lease between Warner Cable
1990 to Time Warner Entertainment Company, LP; and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the City of Muskego hereby consents to said assignment
of lease to Time Warner Entertainment Company, LP; and
2. That this consent does not release in any manner any
responsibilities of Ingersoll Cable Corporation, now known
as Ingersoll Industries, Inc., and Warner Cable
Communications, Inc., to the City of Muskego.
