APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Klenz Realty for Helen
Brauer for legal lot status of land at S79 W16163 Bay Lane
Place, Tax Key #2217.982 and #2217.983; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby grant legal status to land at S79 W16163 Bay Lane
Place, Tax Key #2217.982 and #2217.983 because lots adjoining
the property and in the immediate area are the same size or
vicinity to Tax Key #2217.958 in 1986 and to Tax Key #2217.959
smaller and legal lot status was granted in the immediate
in 1989.
