APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SAWYER
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 4, 1992
property on Hillendale Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 18; and
to finalize a 3-parcel division of the Mark and Ann Sawyer
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
a note being placed on the Certified Survey Map as to Parcel 3
Dwelling being located within 400 feet of Hillendale Drive in
order to connect to sanitary sewer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
3-parcel division of the Mark and Ann Sawyer property on
Hillendale Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 subject to the
above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
