RESOLUTION AS TO MORATORIUM RESOLUTION #149-92

WHEREAS, Resolution #149-92 declared an extension of a
moratorium on land divisions of properties recommended to be
rezoned as part of the update of the Comprehensive Master Plan
of the City; and
WHEREAS, one of the properties included on the list of rezonings
was.%Tax Key No. 2227.999.001 from RS-2 to 1-1 north of the
creek; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that a portion of
said property be rezoned to 1-1, leaving the balance of the
property as RS-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby remove the following portion of Tax Key No.
2227.999.001 from Resolution #149-92:
A part of the NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17, T5N, R20E.
as follows:
in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described
Commencing at the NE corner of said SE 1/4 Section; thence S 88O 19'
54" W along the North line of said SE 1/4 Section, 1351.16 feet; thence S
0 O 58' 30" E, 872.00 feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be
described; thence continuing S Oo 58' 30" E, 772.00 feet to a point in
the centerline of a drainage ditch; thence N 77O 24' 18" W along said
centerline 273.67 feet; thence N 82O 39' 22" W along said centerline
E, 502.58 feet to the place of beginning.
239.03 feet; thence N Oo 58' 30" W, 667.12 feet; thence N 88' 19' 54"
