RESOLUTION TO APPEAL PLAN COMMISSION DECISION
Site Plan for American & Foreign Auto Body and Sales
Dalal
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission disapproved Resolution PC# 168-92,
entitled "Approval of Amended Site Plan at 583 W19024 Saturn
Drive for American & Foreign Auto Body and Sales for Dalal,"
at the July 21, 1992 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, in Resolution #187-92 adopted 7-0
on July 14, 1992, clarified Item 6 of the Rules & Regulations
for Muskego Business/Industrial Park to allow for the
consideration of other materials being used to meet the
architectural design requirements in order to promote industrial
development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby appeal the decision of the Plan
Commission for PC Resolution #168-92.
