RESOLUTION #190-92
RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT TO PROVIDE
Muskego Industrial Park Addition
ROAD AND WATER SERVICE TO THE WEST SIDE OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE
WHEREAS, a proposal has been submitted to develop a parcel of
land to the west of the City's Industrial Park Addition for both
industrial and residential use; and
WHEREAS, in order to provide service to that area, an extension
of Enterprise Drive and the water main is required; and
WHEREAS, said extension would also permit additional lots to be
developed at the end of the existing cul-de-sac; and
WHEREAS, this property is located in the TIF District and
development of the parcel would be a benefit to that District;
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the request and
recommended approval to extend Enterprise Drive and water
service to the end of the City's industrial land for a cost not
to exceed $40,000.00, with electrical service to be extended by
the petitioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby approve of the concept of the extension
of Enterprise Drive and water service to the end of the City's
electrical service to be extended by the petitioner, with funds
industrial land for a cost not to exceed $40,000.00, with
to be taken from the Industrial Park fund balance if appropriate
agreement can be worked out with the petitioner.
