RESOLUTION #189-92
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE
IN MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. #1
WHEREAS, electrical service is necessary to facilitate the sale
of lots located to the south of Enterprise Drive in the Muskego
Industrial Park Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the agreement with
Wisconsin Electric Power Company for installation of such
service; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends approval of the
installation in an amount not to exceed $17,853.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby authorize installation of underground
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Muskego Industrial Park Addition in an amount not to exceed
electrical service to the lots south of Enterprise Drive in the
0 $17,853.00, with funds to be taken from the Industrial Park fund
balance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Public Works
is hereby authorized to sign the necessary documents.
