RESOLUTION #186-92
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Lakewood Meadows Subdivision
WHEREAS, a Final Plat was submitted on May 14, 1992 for 11 of
the 57-lot Lakewood Meadows Subdivision (F/K/A Suburban Heights)
in the SE 1/4 of Section 5; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat for 51 lots was approved in
Resolution #329-91; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
delineating the wetland boundary on the Plat for Lot 11 and
prohibiting filling of the wetland.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Final Plat for the Lakewood Meadows
prior to signing which specifies a timeframe for the buildings
Subdivision, subject to a note being placed on the final plat
to be removed on Lot 4, subject to approval of the City Engineer
and all objecting and approving agencies, subject to receipt of
Ordinance, and subject to the above conditions made by the Plan
all fees as provided in Section 10 of the Land Division
Commission.
