RESOLUTION #182-92
CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Plum Creek Subdivision
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Plum Creek Subdivision, a
231-unit subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, was submitted
on May 8, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby conditionally approve the Preliminary Plat of Plum
Creek Subdivision, a 231-unit subdivision in the SE 1/4 of
Section 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is conditioned on
receipt of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all
approving and objecting agencies and that none of the roads or
wetlands, or wetlands and no re-calculation of density will be
