AUTHORIZE AMENDMENT TO THE SEWER SERVICE AREA
WHEREAS, the City received requests from Merle & Rufus Lowe Jr.,
Tax Key #2229.992, and Lawrence Schmidt, Tax Key #2229.990, to
extend the sewer service area boundary west of Hillendale Drive
to include the entire area of their properties; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee recommended amending the
sewer service area to include the area west of Hillendale,
adjacent to the Stone Ridge Landfill, and everything south of
the landfill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby request SEWRPC to amend the sewer service
area to include the area west of Hillendale, adjacent to the
Stone Ridge Landfill, and everything south of the landfill.
