CCR1992169COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #169-92 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT Kelly Estates WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Kelly Estates Subdivision, a April 21, 1992; and 10-lot subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 16, was submitted on WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat subject to the following conditions being addressed on the Final Plat: (1) Duplexes will have an attached 2-car garage for each unit; (2) Deed restrictions will be placed Lyons Park Drive; (3) All 6 of the duplexes will be required to on Lots 5 and 8 along Lyons Park Drive to restrict access to be approved via site plan to be presented to the Plan Commission plan approval; (4) City Engineers comments must be addressed on at one time and deed restrictions will be required with site must be addressed through the Public Works Committee; (5) Items the Final Plat with the exception of Items 11-14 and Item 12 from Waukesha County Park & Planning and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection must also be addressed; and (6) Connect bike path between Lots 6 and I to the WEPCO right-of-way and along Lots 5 and 8 a sidewalk to be compatible with Willow Pond. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Kelly Estates, a 10-lot subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 16 subject to the conditions stated above. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies. a DATED THIS 23RD DAY OF JUNE , 1992.
