ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR SEWER HOOK-UP
Just
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee directed the Utilities
Superintendent to obtain quotes for the forced sewer hook-up of
the Robert & Helen Just property located at W194 56945
Hillendale Drive; and
WHEREAS, the following quotes have been received:

E&W Excavators, Inc.
John Lang Trenching
Wayne Stever, Inc.
$6,500.00
7,682.00
8,150.00
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee has recommended
because the low bid received from E&W Excavators, Inc., for
acceptance of the quote from John Lang Trenching for $7,682.00
$6,500.00 did not meet plumbing code standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee, does hereby accept the quote from John Lang Trenching
in the amount of $7,682.00 for the forced sewer hook-up of the
Drive, with the Utility Superintendent directed to negotiate the
Robert & Helen Just property located at W194 S6945 Hillendale
earliest possible connection date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above quote is hereby increased
to include the $500.00 connection fee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign any necessary legal documents in the name of
the City.
