RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT

WHEREAS, John Glockner has requested renewal of his Extractive
Permit for continued operation of sand and gravel extraction at
his present operation located at S71 W13219 Tess Corners Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval for the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the renewal of the permit to John Glockner
for continued operation of sand and gravel extraction at his
present operation located at S71 W13219 Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit is for a one-year period
with yearly review by the Plan Commission.
