RESOLUTION #157-92
CREATING POSITION OF RECEPTIONIST/TYPIST I
WHEREAS, the Department Heads have requested additional help due
to City growth and increased workloads; and
WHEREAS, additional revenue has been received from building-
related permits, which was not anticipated at budget time; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby create the position of Receptionist/
Typist I effective June 22, 1992, with benefits and conditions
of employment as specified in the Labor Agreement Between the
City of Muskego and AFSCME with the following salary:

6 MONTH
$8.31
18 MONTH
$8.83
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the job description shall include
various departments, with the first assignment to be in the
the provision that this employee will be a "floater" assisting
Building Inspection Department for two months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employee's schedule will be
determined by the Mayor, and supervision will be the
responsibility of the Department Head whose department the
employee is assigned to at the time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salary and benefits in the
amount of $10,557.00 be transferred from Contingency and
Building Inspection Contracted Services to the Mayor's salary
and benefit accounts.
