APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Belanger/Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 22, 1992 to
finalize a 2-parcel re-division for Randy Belanger of the
1-parcel division approved in.Resolution #144-92 located on
North Wind Lake Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of
Norway; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
division approved in Resolution #144-92 located on North Wind
2-parcel re-division for Randy Belanger of the 1-parcel
Lake Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 3 in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
