ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
WOODCREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
Agreement dated January 19, 1988, requires the developer to
WHEREAS, Section I1 of the Woodcrest Heights Subdivider's
complete the improvements required in the Agreement and dedicate
the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication if said
Agreement and as required by applicable City ordinances and
improvements have been completed as required by the Subdivider's
other applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met; and
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee and the Public Works
Committee have recommended acceptance of the improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee and the Public Works Committee, does hereby accept the
dedication of Woodcrest Heights Subdivision in accordance with
the Subdivider's Agreement dated January 19, 1988.
