RESOLUTION #150-92
AWARD BID FOR SCADA SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the procurement of
Remote Terminal Units (RTU's), and bids were received as listed
on Bid Summary Exhibit "1" as attached; and
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the installation of
the Water and Sewer SCADA System, and bids were received as
listed on Bid Summary Exhibit "2" as attached; and
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Computer Equipment
and SCADA Hardware, and bids were received as listed on Bid
Summary Exhibit "3" as attached; and
WHEREAS, the City engineers and the Finance Committee have
recommended approval of:
(1) The low bid from L.W. Allen, Inc. for $45,478, which
includes the RTU installed at the Lake Denoon flow meter
site for an additional $1,544 as requested by the City;
0 (2) The low bid from Hogan Electric, Inc. for $29,736, which
includes the installation of a RTU at the proposed Denoon
Point Estates lift station whose construction was recently
postponed and the deduct to delete this site from the
installation contract of $263; and
(3) The low quotes for the Computer Equipment and SCADA
Hardware as follows:

for a total sum of all the recommendations of $91,091.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers
and the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low quotes for
the SCADA System as outlined above for a total of $91,091.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at
