APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 21, 1992
to finalize a 4-parcel division of the Lester & Marvelyn Pufall
property on the future Lions Park Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section
9; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the City Engineer setting the house grades for Parcels 1-4,
subject to 5 feet being added to the road dedication for all 4
lots, and subject to civic improvements on the south side of
future Lions Park Drive being extended through all lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
the future Lions Park Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 subject
4-parcel division of the Lester & Marvelyn Pufall property on
to the City Engineer setting the house grades for Parcels 1-4,
subject to 5 feet being added to the road dedication for all 4
future Lions Park Drive being extended through all lots.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
