APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 21, 1992
to finalize a 2-parcel division of the Robert h Judith Adams
property on the future Lions Park Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section
9; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the civic improvements on the south side of future Lions Park
Drive being extended through the lots and subject to Parcel 2
having deed restrictions on the building site which prohibits
filling the lot beyond that which is necessary for a building
pad.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a 2-
parcel division of the Robert h Judith Adams property on the
future Lions Park Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 9 subject to
the civic improvements on the south side of future Lions Park
Drive being extended through the lots and subject to Parcel 2
having deed restrictions on the building site which prohibits
filling the lot beyond that which is necessary for a building
pad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
Of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
