RESOLUTION #137-92
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
LAKE POINT ESTATES SUBDIVISION -- WATER
WHEREAS, Section IC of the Lake Point Estates Subdivision
Subdivider's Agreement dated April 25, 1991, requires the
Agreement and dedicate the same to the City; and
Developer to complete the water improvements required in the
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication and reimburse the
Developer for that part of the expense in the amount of $13,749
if said improvements have been completed as required by the
Subdivider's Agreement and as required by applicable City
ordinances and other applicable laws and as approved by the City
Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and Public Utilities Committee
have recommended acceptance of the water improvements and
reimbursement of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
dedication of Lake Point Estates water improvements in
Committee and Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the
accordance with the Subdivider's Agreement dated April 25, 1991
and reimbursement of the funds in the amount of $13,749 to the
Developer.
